I have been running my medical business from Milton/Brisbane areas for many years and came to Red Hill in 2016.
I am a Past President of AMA Queensland and an AMA Fellow. I was a Visiting GP to Royal Children’s Hospital Brisbane for many years.
In 2009 I was commissioned to co-author a paper for the Health and Hospital Reform Commission titled General Practice in 2020.
In 2012, I was awarded the prestigious Rose-Hunt Medal for her substantial and significant contribution to general practice. It is the highest accolade awarded by the Royal Australian Council of General Practice.
I have been an invited speaker on quality care, patient safety and Medico legal issues both nationally and internationally.
I am interested in all aspects of General Practice but have a special expertise in Paediatrics and Geriatrics. I also have interest in mental health and chronic disease.
Currently, I am the Medical Consultant to Adoptions Queensland, and on the Board of MND and Me.
I have completed many half marathons, am a keen snow skier and love croquet.
