Dr Sharnti Caulley has more than 10 years of experience in General Practice. She believes in a holistic approach to health with a focus on preventative and evidence-based medicine. Her special interests include women’s health and paediatrics. Sharnti also holds a Graduate Certificate in Travel Medicine and provides full-service travel consultations. Sharnti is aligned with both Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and Mater Hospital for Antenatal Shared Care.
Sharnti grew up in Toowoomba and studied a Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Queensland before completing her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. She completed much of her training in rural Queensland and also worked at the Children’s University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Sharnti’s other role is as a Medical Educator on the assessment team for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She is involved in compiling, marking and examining the RACGP fellowship examinations. She is passionate about teaching and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education.
When not at work, Sharnti can be found chasing after her two little boys, distance running or searching for some zen on her yoga mat.
Dr Caulley operates her own medical services business at Red Hill Doctors Surgery.
