Dr Greaves studied medicine at UNSW graduating in 1996 and following this worked for a number of years in Sydney based hospitals. In this time she untook some further study completing a Diploma of Paediatrics at the Sydney Children’s hospital and a Master’s of Public Health at Sydney University.
Following this Dr Greaves joined the General Practice training program and graduated from this in 2004. She moved to Brisbane in 2005 with her family and worked for the first 12 months at Redcliffe Hospital completing a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology during this year. Since then she has worked as a general practitioner at Red Hill Doctor’s Surgery. She has a particular interest in Women’s health and Paediatrics however enjoys the wide scope of patients and all problems that are encountered in general practice.
Dr Greaves is also involved in education and works as a medical educator for general practice training queensland.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two boys aged 13 and 11 and spending time in the outdoors hiking and mountain biking in South East Queensland.
Dr Greaves operates her own medical services business at Red Hill Doctors Surgery.
