These Clinics are for Flu Vaccines only.  You will have to make a standard appointment with your regular GP on a different day to address any medical concerns unrelated to Flu Vaccination or if the patient is needle phobic.

Patients will be seen in order of appointment time only.  Those who book for more than one person in an appointment time will all be seen together as a group ie families, couples, siblings etc.

Please do NOT book anyone who has a phobia to vaccines

The above patients will be turned away on the day as we cannot accommodate needle phobic patients during a Vaccine Clinic.  These patients MUST book a separate general practice appointment with their usual GP to have any vaccines.

It is very important you DO NOT present to our front entrance late nor more than 5 minutes early.

Allow time to find a park as there is a higher than normal number of vehicles in our carpark on the day.  Parking is available down Victoria Street or in the carpark across the road at the Post Office.  Wait in your car until 1-2 minutes prior to your appointment then enter via the disabled ramp off the practice car park.

Be courteous of others who might be waiting in line and please adhere to social distancing requirements.

Our Flu Clinic Co-coordinator will check consent forms for each patient and triage before directing you through to one of the Doctors on duty.

If you or any members in your group are entitled to Government funded vaccines, tick the appropriate box on the consent form and the Doctor will confirm eligibility.

If the patient is not eligible for a Government funded vaccine, tick the private vaccine section and payment will be processed before you leave the Practice.

All vaccinated patients will be required to remain in the vicinity of RHDS for 15 minutes.

Please follow directions from our staff for the safety of yourself and others around you.
